Casa Villastrada is an enchanting fully renovated  village house, luminous and bright with that typical Italian facade one dreams about with its many shuttered windows, a pure delight!  The house consists of 2 double bedrooms,2 bathrooms, living room, eat in kitchen and a lovely small enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing and alfresco dining.
 
Location:
Villastrada is only a few miles north of the historical Etruscan city of Chiusi (Tuscany) and south of the medieval town of Castiglione del Lago (Umbria), right at the shore of Lake Trasimeno.
Situated approx halfway between Florence and Rome, and surrounded by the delightful hill towns of Umbria and Tuscany Casa Villastrada is the ideal base to make daytrips to the famous cities of Rome, Florence, Siena, Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi and Todi, as well as the enchanting towns of Cetona, Cortona, Panicale and Montepulciano, Castiglione del Lago and Citta del Pieve.
The village of Villastrada has all the amenities you would wish for, bar, pizzeria, village grocery, butcher and even a winery !!    Every day there is a wonderful market in the local towns and villages close by.
