The beauty of Agriturismi is that they offer not only fabulous accommodation on a country estate with all the added benefits of a pool, beautiful large grounds and a restaurant but also they are working estates - with their vineyards and olive groves and provides guests not only with an incredible -in depth insight into the winery and olive oil business but also it is possible to take time out and have a tasting of the fabulous olive oils with a finger buffet and sample the delicious wines at their respective cantinas, providing an authentic experience.   Guests can also try their hand at Italian cooking - and cook pasta just like Mamma - a half day's cooking lesson is great fun and even better that guests can dine on their creations be it lunch or dinner and wash it down with a wonderful bottle of wine from the country estate.
