Pietrantica is an old, country estate with pool located in the heart of the Region Le Marche, only 40 km from Ancona, in a panoramic position on top of a hill.

Together with a team of local architects and craftsmen, the international designer Frank Andrew has beautifully renovated the estate. The architecture has been restored in the traditional manner with interiors treated in a more contemporary loft-style. Equipped in absolute luxury style, materials, fabrics and design, this complex - consisting of a farmhouse divided into four 88- sqm apartments and one 150- sqm villa - delivers the ultimate residential quality. 

To assure a perfect stay, Pietrantica offers contemporary landscaped gardens, private terraces, barbecues, sun loungers, mountain bikes and various different games.
