CASA FIORE COUNTRY HOUSE COMPLEX

Casa Fiore is a prestigious country house converted from a colonial home dating back to the beginning of the last century, the birthplace of the current owners, carefully restored and converted into an elegant and comfortable country residence for tourists.

The tourist complex is situated in the municipal area of Montemaggiore al Metauro (197m.a.s.l), in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, and lies at the foot of the hill on the last terrace of the lower Metauro flood plain.

The complex is enveloped by peace and tranquillity, in amongst the green of the trees and shrubs that are typical of Mediterranean scrubland (holm-oak, oak, ash, manna ash, hop hornbeam) covering a surface area of more than 25,000 m2. 

The natural features are enhanced by a walnut grove, the woods with their resident blackbirds and nightingales, the lawns that sustain the swallows, the tranquil walks, the hundred-year-old pear tree, the mulberry trees so loved by silkworms, the fruit orchard, the organic vegetable garden and the ancient vineyard.

The country house  complex has 7 independent apartments of various sizes laid out over two floors: four at ground level and three on the upper floor, each with its own private entrance.
