Todi 16 century Country Villa - sleeps 4-6

Set in an idyllic location, just 10 minutes from Roman-medieval Todi, with beautiful vistas all around, lies a charming 1500 restored country house, with characteristic courtyard filled with flowers and aromatic shrubs, a beautiful covered terrace,overlooking the infinity pool and the amazing countryside beyond. The perfect location to relax, enjoy the beautiful surroundings and yet just a few kms away from Todi, with all its architectural charm, restaurants and cafe bars.

The large lounge with open stone fireplace is very cosy, with large sofa and chair, large dining table and chairs and fully fitted kitchen. Up a flight of stairs to reach the bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, a sofa-bed in the lounge can convert, if required, to sleep 6 in total. Experience authenticity at its best with its ancient doors, furniture and fittings. The country house has internet access and wifi 

The options for dining, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner are many. Have breakfast under the covered portico with its large antique table, looking out onto the lovely mediterranean courtyard with its pretty shrubs. Relax and dine on the terrace, with its beautiful large table and relaxing chairs and coffee tables, watching the sunset or take a snack under the airy pergola and catch a breeze in the hot summer sun.

OLD  SCHOOLHOUSE

Set in an enchanting location within the walls of the ancient 11 century

castle, is a charming converted schoolhouse which lies over 2 floors and sleeps 6-8 persons, just 10 minutes from Roman-medieval todi, with beautiful vistas all around.  This, combined with the use of a beautiful pool, set in a panorama that takes your breath away and enjoy alfresco dining under the amazing terrace with its beautiful furniture for dining and relaxing, makes the accommodation truly unique - experience the olde worlde charme of the castle accommodation whilst enjoying the benefits of a beautiful pool and terrace.  

Walk through the amazing ancient arched entrance into the castle's inner courtyard, where you will find, up a flight of exterior steps, entrance to the old schoolhouse.  Enter through an arched door straight up a flight of stairs and enter into the expansive, luminous room, full of character wiuth its exposed beams, large fitted authentic Italian kitchen, dining area with large table and six chairs, lovely lounge area and large sofa which, if esired, can open out into a sofabed.  Lovely feature open fireplace.  This floor also includes two lovely romantic double bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms with shower with their exposed beams, characteristic furniture and finishings, really make it an enchanting accommodation.

Up a flight of steps to reach the third bedroom, entering through an area characteristic of the old school house with the bedroom, ideal for children, through a door on the left with low hung beams and double bed - a charming area and even has its very own safety gate ! 

The castle schoolhouse has wifi in the communal area around the infinity poolterrace.
