PANTELLERIA ISLAND: SEA VILLA APARTMENTS

Pantelleria is an island lying between Sicily and Tunisia. Although Italian it is proud of its Arab influence. It has a very rich history and the main engineers of the islands gardens and architecture was the Arabic culture. However mixed the culture is, it is in this time a very Sicilian culture in every way. there is a great emphasis on the art of hospitality. It is becoming quite a chic destination. It is striking and hilly, with the countryside dotted with whiteDammuso houses.

No sand beach, but rocks from where you can dive directly in the
Mediterranean sea!! The island is volcanic, beautiful and wild, but it's also a very quiet place, so perfect if you look for peace and relaxation.

On the island you can find a Sulfur water lake and sulfur mud, with natural saunas, and all with free access. Access to the sea is free, there are no private areas on the coast, which is not so common in most Italian coastal areas..

The Accommodation

Made of 2 separate appartments that can be comunicating through

middle door.

Appartment A: 2 double bedrooms, living room and kitchen, 2
bathrooms, garden, panoramic terrace of about 70 sqm, private
entrance, parking place, patio and private descent to the sea.
External shower on the way to the sea.

Appartment B: 2 double bedrooms, living room and kitchen, 1 bathroom, garden, panoramic terrace of about 30 sqm, private entrance parking place, patio and private descent to the sea.

The appartments are available for rent per week from May through
November, and they can be rented toghether or separately.

lThe appartments are 4 Km from the old village of Scauri, where you will find all kind of shops, supermarkets, cinema, restaurants, beach access, turistic harbour, archeological site, diving rental equipment and school, boat rentals, etc.. .At about 1 Km is the archeological site of Sesi and the Grotta di Sataria (caves) with hot marine waters.

DISTANCES;
The city of Pantelleria is at about 9 km from the house. There you can find also a Hospital and Emergency, plus the Ferry arrivals and
departures from Sicily.

The airport is at about 11 Km from the house.

GETTING THERE:

By boat

Daily overnight ferries run from Trapani in Sicily, running more frequently alongside hydrofoils in Summer. Hydrofoil from Mazara del Vallo twice daily.

By plane

Planes fly in daily from Palermo and Trapani (40 minutes).
